Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • Any seals, labels, or tags must remain intact

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon arrival.

For security and tracking purposes, all returned parcels must be sent using a tracked delivery service. TANHO LIMITED is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order details and photographs of the issue where possible.

We will investigate the matter and work towards an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons. These may include:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order separately once your original return has been approved.


Refunds

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
